So this here is not a self-made recipe just my take on it, basic in a three step fase.

I always say it depends and truth of the matter is, it really does.
My tip is – you know what’s good and what’s not, your body gives you clear indications on when it’s had too much or not enough.
Listen to yourself, we all are very different. What works for me, won’t always work for you!
Don’t feel guilty, treat yourself once in a while, the guilt weighs more than the calories!!
Everything in moderation, I mean everything even the good stuff!
As I always say BE CREATIVE – YOUR KITCHEN, YOU’RE THE CHEF!
Always taste and smell what you can before your end result.
What you need – Ingredients – (Any Variations/Additions you want to make go ahead! )
4 scoops Protein powder
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Coconut shredding
½ cup Chia seeds
2 cups Water / Almond / coconut milk
1 table spoon Natural – Any Nut butter
1 – Dry ingredients all together including nut butter in a bowl and then gradually add the liquid.. Consistency is key for this one.
Mix it up – Spoon or I use my hands
Ultimately we don’t want a very wet mixture, but at the same time enough moisture to stay together.
2 – You can roll into balls and through the coconut shredding or smash it into a flat baking tray, spread it all out evenly on the flat surface, after laying out baking paper, to save your washing up time.
3 – Pop into the refrigerator for a few hours and BAAMMM… DONE AND DONE! Cut into even rectangular slabs if required.
This should make 15-25 balls or slabs/bars.
